Unfortunately no, the iphone 3gs has been discontinued since last year. Its last major update was IOS 6, the iphone 3gs is pretty much a old phone and its hardware isn't capable to handle ios 7 or any app now a days, next year iphone 4 will be the same with ios 8, it will be its last ios update.
