DROPPED IPHONE 4 IN TOILET
I dropped my iphone 4 in the toilet i put it in rice for 3 days but when i took it out, i unlock it and it won't let me get off my messages page. (won't let me move to home page) and i can look at my messages and send messages i just can't go look at anything else. (not even calls) and it is on black on white screen and i can't fix it so only thing i can do is look at my messages send them, and look at black on white screen.
Leave it in there for a couple days at least… You want it to be completely DRY inside and out before you turn it in.
90% of the time, the water doesn't kill your phone… You trying to turn your phone on after its been in water is what does it.
When you think its been enough, let it sit another day.
Don't use heat, nothing like that. Just the rice and time… Good luck, hope your phone isn't gone.
PS- if you have any silca gel packs laying around (i keep them when i get them) toss them in there too… Silca gel is as absorbent as rice, if not more.

- I dropped my iPhone in the toilet.what should i do? I dropped my iPhone in the toilet last night at 3 a.m. And i put it in minute mexican rice for the time i was asleep. My lock button and speaker won't work and it randomly just turns off and i can't turn it back on. I went and got white rice this morning and it is currently sitting in a bowl with the white rice. What do i need to do?

I dried it off quickly and it was perfectly fine and nothing was wrong. - I DROPPED MY IPHONE IN THE TOILET - 5 It fell into the toilet a few minutes ago, it has a case on it and i took it out immediately than put it into a container full of rice and turned it off! Is there anything else i need to do? I haven't even had the phone for a year! I tried playing the sound and it didn't work.
