Dropped iPhone 5 half of screen doesn't work?

I dropped my iPhone 5 on its 1st birthday (exactly one year) today, I already had a small crack across the middle of the screen. When i dropped it from about waist high it landed face down. I picked up and there wasn't any news cracks on the screen. So i hit the home button and the lcd display is black below the original crack across the screen. More than half the screen is black (but it is on!) there's a blue green and red lines going down the lcd display on the black part. My iPhone is now unusable, more than half the screen is black and unresponsive. There's also an inkblot around the middle of the crack and red, green and blue pixels around the crack. What can I do to fix this?

Well, at the mall I sometimes see those "screen replacement" places. You can try finding one of those.

Take it to the nearest Apple store ans ask them what to do

Return it

Obviously you have to take it to an Apple store. A msg board can't fix it.
