Dropped Iphone 5s in water with soap. Does it still have a chance?
Right after I dropped it I took it out and it worked perfectly fine. I turned it off and put it in rice.
I think it should be fine if you don't turn it back on for at least 24 hours and if it isn't working right then put it back into the rice for another 24 hours.
Of course, it will save if you already put it in rice, but if it too long in the water it might doesn't have a chance…
If the phone can't turn on, just go to nearest Apple Store to fix it

- I dropped my Iphone in water - no water damage showing on indicator? Here is the situation. I dropped my Iphone 5 in the toilet (I hadn't peed yet so all good there). Immediately switched it off, dried it and put it in a bag of rice. This was at about 6 p.m yesterday. This morning without turning it on I opened up the sim compartment to check the circle for water damage (checked online and apparently this is where to check for water damage). The indicator was white. It is back in the rice but I was wondering - when you think it will be ok to turn back on?

- I dropped my iphone 4 in water and my rear camera has water in it I dropped my phone in the toilet, as soon as it landed i grabbed it back out. I was running late so I just dried it off and left. An hour later I see my rear camera is blurry when trying to take a picture and I look at the camera and it's all foggy from moisture! Like a bathroom mirror after a shower! How can I rid of that?! The rest of my phone is working fine, just that foggy camera…
