EBay - buyer didn't pay
This is the 2nd time this has happened for me. I had an iphone listed it sold 24 hours ago and bassicly the second I saw who won it ( an account with no feedback and just made) I knew there's no payment coming and I wanna realist it but I know you need to wait 3 days to file a case. What should I do? I'm getting sick of slow and just non payers!

Just sell it to somebody else, if they do happen to pay you, give them a refund
You only have to wait 2 days to open an non-paying bidder dispute, then you can close it 4 days later.
If you want to stop the non-payments, max out your automatic blocks (especially block bidders without Paypal accounts) and list it fixed price with immediate payment required.
Maybe you can contact the buyer and see if he/she got any problem.
That's just the rule to eBay, because things happen sometimes. I've had people purchase things and I give them 7 days to pay and they pay on the 6th day.
It can be frustrating but if you want to risk it, you can always re-list it but you have to be prepared in case the guy does magically show up and pay it

OK so I sold an iPhone on eBay for 175 I shipped it 2 days after receiving payment 2 weeks later the buyer tells me he hasent received it and he is asking me what can I do so what should I do I don't want to give him a refund cuase then he gets 175 and all I get is a missing iPhone so what should I do?
- Is ebay buyer trying to scam me? An ebay buyer bought an iphone 3gs from me 1 month ago and he is barley telling me now that it doesn't work. He opened a case against me stating that the item wasn't as described. Hes had the item for a month and hes barley telling me now, is this a scam from the buyer? If so what do I do? - Do I have to give a refund to ebay buyer? I'm in a big situation. This lady bought an iPhone from me and I shipped it off in an envelope. I even added a tracking number so she can see it when it would arrive. Problem is, she said she received it, but there was nothing inside the envelope. Do I have to give her a refund or am I not at fault? On the receipt, it shows that the weight of the envelope had something in there. Is that enough evidence, or am I forced to lose out on money?
