Entire laptop screen freezes on the internet?
Alright so, whenever I go on the internet it takes a few minutes, and then the screen freezes and I can't do anything. Notice that the entire computer freezes and not only the internet.
This had never been an issue before it just happened from one day to another. Since I didn't have any internet connection at home I used to use my IPhones Internet on my laptop and I thought it might have something to do with that, but then it did the same after I bought a subscription, one of those USB Internet plugs. When I use the internet at my school this doesn't happen. I really don't know much about computers, I ran a virus scan but I don't know what to do, so I would really appreciate some help.

- Will Apple replace my battery or my entire iPhone 4? I want to go in the Apple store (instead of mailing my phone) to replace my iPhone battery. - Will an entire model of my app, which includes every screen, assist me in the development process? I created + designed every screen of my app on Adobe Illustrator using vector icons. I also had a iPhone template to mimic the resolution. I'm unsure whether this will help me in the long run, and how it specifically will. I'm new to creating apps but eager to learn.

Okay so my hp laptop always freezes and then I'm forced to turn it off the bad way and after that, I cut the laptop back on and then it can't find any Wi-Fi connections which isn't true because I'm on Wi-Fi on my iPhone ps3 and other devices. I also try shutting down my laptop the correct way and try restarting it but it still can't find any Wi-Fi so what could seem to be the problem?
