Yes this means that you have jailbroken your i pohne and there's no later software it can restore it to and you should put it to dfu mode!

I used tiny umbrella and managed to get past the 3194 error, but then I'm getting error 11. I googled and tried everything but i just keep meeting up with sites that wants me to download something, that when I do, i don't know how to use it and i'm ending up downloading everything.iTunes is telling me I need firmware.
