Fixing a disable iPhone due to forgetting passcode?
I tried multiple time and watched many YouTube videos but it won't work. IPhone 4. When it's downloading it just turns on and something pops up on my computer saying that I must enter the passcode first (which i don't know) I'm trying to fix it for my friend as a birthday present. It only downloads a little bit.
You must connect it to ITunes and reset it. All information it contains will be erased.
- Is there anyway I can bypass my passcode on my iPhone 4 or it's a 5 I'm not sure but I can't remember the passcode but I need it I know you can restore but I don't want to do that because I don't think I have the computer I backed it up to back then. And i don't know what update this is. Like I haven't see the emergency button there at all in any videos
- Is it possible to change the passcode disable settings on the iphone 4S? I find it really annoying when people try to guess my passcode and get it wrong all the time so it results in being disabled for 1 minute, then 5 mins. Then 15 mins, then 30 mins, then an hour, then 2 hours! Its just so annoying! So is there anyway i can change the settings so it only gets disabled for 1 minute every time? Or something like that?
- IPhone Wi-Fi forgetting network? How do I stop my iPhone 6 plus from connecting automatically (when Wi-Fi is enabled) to a particular network? My gateway has both 2.4ghz and 5ghz and I don't want it connecting to the 2.4 one because it's very slow. I have Comcast by the way. Whenever I forget network it forgets the 5ghz one too.
- Iphone asking me for a passcode to install update. I never set up a passcode. Options? I just tried to update my iphone to 7.1.1 and i'm being asked for a passcode. I never set one up, but entered what I would have made it, and now have a message saying "FAILED. One more attempt". What happens if I get this final attempt wrong? How do I continue with update if I can't remember this passcode?
