Format the disk in drive G:! Disk protected
I went out today and recorded some footage on my Samsung Flash Memory SD Camcorder and when I plugged it in to my computer (after syncing my iPhone and downloading some pictures from my DSLR) and a message came up saying 'You need to format the disk in drive G: before you can use it' I googled this and it told me to format it and I would lose all my files. I was sad about it, but it's a necessary evil. However, I went to do this and it told me that the disk was protected and it didn't do it. I'm at a loss to what to do now. I only just got this camera for Christmas, I don't want to ruin it, If anyone could help, I would greatly appreciate it.
Added (1). The SD does have a switch, I tried moving it to the over position an back with no joy. I did this and turned the video recorder on which was plugged in and then a blue screen with an error came up telling me restart my computer. I did and everything seems fine. What on earth is going on?

Well it sounds like the SD cards partition table is corrupt.

If you Can't do What i said above burn this to a CD. And Do as Stated Above.
