Found a great iPhone 5 in blue in the bus how to keep it?
I found a great iPhone 5 in blue squeezed in-between the end of the seat while I was trying to push in my empty crisp packet. Well so I definitely wanna keep it and its gonna be a great upgrade from 4, but I've heard they have a lot of tracking devices on it so is there a way to use it myself without any problems? No jailbreaking though

Once the owner reports it lost, you are not going to be able to activate it on any cellphone carrier, so might add well turn it in to the carrier that shows up on the screen when you turn it on. Or pop the SIM card out and see wbich6 carrier is printed on it.
