Has anyone else had problems with the iPhone 5 lightning cable breaking?
My first lightning cable broke about a month after I bought my iPhone 5 so I got a new one and it's been a few months and this one is going bad too! It's breaking right at the part between the jack and the wire.Am I just too aggressive with it or is this a common thing?
Hmm could this be a coincidence cause i recently bought myself an ipad 4.
they are both the latest versions of iphone and ipad.
WHICH MEANS that they come with a BRAND NEW lightning cable designed by Apple.
my point is that the lightning cable is a very new product so it has a lot of flaws to it.
it could break easily… Etc.
my advice is that you
1) try to treat it gently.yes you might be exerting too much pressure on it maybe
2) make sure that when you plug in the cable into your iphone and computer you make sure you plug in the ends correctly so that you don't force them into a slot.
dunno what else… I just know that electronics need to be used with care.
It may be one of two things or a combination. 1. You may not have very good lightning cables, or 2. You could be too rough. I'm always very careful when I unplug and plug a cord into my phone or any electronic and i would recommend extra caution when doing so. - Is anyone else having iPhone 5 problems? Everytime my earpods are plugged in, and playing music, the music all of a sudden stops in the middle of a song, or starts playing it faster. Sometimes it stops, and Siri randomly pops up. It happens most when i'm on YouTube. When i'm watching a video, the video will stop, music will start playing, stop, and Siri pops up. It's extremely annoying and it only happens when my earphones are plugged in. Has this happened to anyone else and how do you fix it?
