I forgot my iphone password?
Ok well i was angry last night and changed my iphone password and i went through the whole 1min 10min 60min etc until it said connect to itunes, i don't know what to do it is letting me try passwords again but i still don't know it and i can't reset it to factory settings because it has been unlocked as we got it second hand from canada and i live in nz please help
In that case plug the iphone in, hold the power button and then slide to power off. Press the power button, as soon as the apple logo appears press and hold both the top power button and the home button together until the orange triangle appears. This should put the iPhone into restore mode, open itunes and restore.
You need restore it with itunes.
You will have to download some software to do it but the "iphone is disabled connect to itunes" screen can be bypassed and you can also read your password without performing a restore. Instructions and the download links are at the site below.
- What do i do if i forgot my iphone password? Okay so i was messing around on the settings on my iphone 3g and i set a password which uses the keyboard so i set a pass word then decided that i should change it back and when it asks to re enter the password it says its wrong! The next time is 1 hour so please help! They password was "beyonce" if you must know! How could i have spelt it wrong twice when setting it the first time! Do i need to restore it? - IPhone 5 forgot password I I got an iPhone 5 a few hours ago and forgot the password. I connected my phone with iTunes and it is restoring. It says it will take TWO hours to restore. The time isn't the problem, I don't care how long I wait as long as the problem is solved. But what I wanted to know, is has anyone had this problem? Like having to wait so long? And if so, did it work? Because I was reading reviews and people said it got stuck or etc. Has anyone been in this situation?
- I set an iPhone restrictions password on my phone, but forgot it? My younger nephew was borrowing my phone for the week, so I turned restrictions on. But, I forgot the password. I have 9 failed attempts, what happens if I get to 10? I know the phone will be wiped, but does that mean everything will be put to factory settings, or that I can't use my phone at all, or I won't be able to guess the password anymore? I forgot the password right when i put it in… I tried re entering it and now i'm locked out for a whole hour. I tried the restore thing but the passcode is still there. I guess thats because i saved the memory of my Iphone to my computer. I probably going to go to Verison to get it unlocked, but do anyone kknow what to do?
