Hiding property ownership or other public records from unofficial eyes?

I do not live in the USA. I have not for three years. I'm "off the grid" in the USA. I want to stay that way when I return. Laws protect our personal information here in Asia.

My forgien wife and I got married in my home state of California over a year ago. We gave a bogus address so that solicitors do not track us. So far the record does not appear on any searches.

I opted out of 80% of what is out there. I also created some false targets with my name and birthdate. I no loger appear in Google searches. The false targets do.

I want ONLY official government and my employer to have my info. Nobody who does not have a reason, will have it.

When we move to the USA (for only five years) we will pay for the move ourselves. Logistic companies sell info.

When we buy a house, how do I mask that from public records?

What is the best way to get utilities without giving my name?

I want to do this 100% legally with one exception. If my info gets out, I will track down the party and make use of duress. It works! No I'm not concerned about the toothless law enforcement we have in the USA.

I typed this on my iPhone sitting in China. Sirry about typos.

Added (1). The FBI, DHS, IRS, VA, etc have a legit reason to have my info. They need the info to provide services that my tax dollars pay for.

So called, "information brokers" are not legit. They are my enemy. They are friends with identity thieves even if they do not realize it. So long as the FBI stays out of my way when I deal with the information brokers who fail to cooperate, I'm OK with them.

No jury will convict me for violence against information brokers.

Added (2). In my book I have the right to take an axe to the servers of any company distributing my personal information to identity thieves. I have the same right to harm anyone who tries to stop me. The tax payer paid good money training me to deal with them when I was in the military. I'm 6' 3". Smart people back away.

You form a limited liability company to purchase the house and pay utilities.

Which is what foreign nationals who have gained their cash through corruption, as well as assorted money launderers and wealthy people do to disguise their real estate transactions.

This of course only hides your identity marginally, as you'd still need to be listed as officers of the corporation or hire lawyers to be listed as officers. You'll find that for most people such things needlessly complicate tax matters and in many locale means higher property taxes, as you can't claim a "homestead exemption."

Can you activate an iphone 4 (6.0.1) with a sim card that doesn't have a data plan on it?
  • Why do i feel like hiding away? Lately i have been thinking about how people hide behind their computers, iphones, and avoid each other. I could go spend time with my housemate out in the lounge room but i just feel like hiding. I don't really feel a connection to her, and i feel a little bit sad today
  • Who has ownership of the iPhone? If Lucy bought an iPhone 5S for her AT&T account and also bought with AppleCare+ but Tony (user of the iPhone 5S) has put the warranty under his Apple ID account. So who has ownership of the iPhone 5S? Tony is the person of usage of the line and phone under AT&T. If Lucy had gave the phone as a Christmas gift to tony, would it be his?
  • Is there an iPhone app that voice records and repeats? I really need an iPhone app that has the option to repeat/loop the recording, its really important. I have only found one so far but it was 69p and i only have 50p left on my phone ugh.
