How accurate is the iPhone health steps counter?

So i know i walk more that the average person since i don't own a car or like taking the bus but mine (i have the iPhone 4) says that i walked 22000 steps today which seems like a pretty big overestimate (I'm 5'7 if that makes a difference)

also if i were to walk this many steps, do i still need to do "formal" cardio exercise like running etc?

Not very

Pretty accurate.

Its more important to walk as fast as you can for 45 minutes so you get a good sweat rolling, otherwise its not really a workout.

It should be like -John: CALL $40, RAISE or FOLD you click the buttons as the player in real life says what he needs to do this app doesn't need to have cards because the cards will be dealt in real life, just need to keep track of each player. Money easily.
