How to get access to the files on my iPhone 4s without Itunes?

My PC crashed and everything on it was wiped clean and deleted when i restored it, this including my Itunes and all files stored in itunes,

Now i have alot of pictures on my phone i Really DON't WANT TO LOOSE, music also but the pictures i really don't wanna risk, i know usually you could just plug the iphone in the pc and go to my computer and the pics would show up under DCIM but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore for some reason, and i don't want to redownload itunes yet because i know it will AUTO SYNC and i will loose all my Pics and Songs.

is there anyway i can get access to them without itunes

I want to get to a video that is on my phone, but when i go to My Computer and iPhone 3GS, then Internal Memory, then DCIM, then another folder which then leads me to the photos ONLY, no music or videos!
