How come the Netflix app won't work on my iPhone 4?

I start up the app, an fit does the basic email and password setup, but it keeps saying my email or password is wrong when it works on the website. Why doesn't it work on the app

Maybe your login credentials are incorrect. Can you log in on a desktop computer with the same email and password? Try to force close the app, if that doesn't work reinstall it and try again.
