How to Export Edited Photos from iPhone?

I edited some photos on the basic Photos app of my iPhone 4 (cropping, custom rotation, image enhancement etc) and I tried to export them by opening my iPhone directory in My Computer and cut-and-paste the photos to a desktop folder. However, none of the edits are saved!

How do I export it with the edits intact without using a separate app?

FYI: I synced the photos from my desktop to my iPhone, edited them and saved them into my camera roll and then tried to cut and paste them back into the computer (I've my reasons for doing it this way, just wanted to let you know where the photos came from if that matters)

  • Why won't facebook show the EDITED version of photos from my iphone? I upload all of my photos from my iPhone to Facebook. I always edit my photos (crop, lighting and red-eye) using the regular iPhone photo editor that comes standard in the photo application. When I upload the edited photos to Facebook, the originals ALWAYS show up. It is infuriating and I want to know what I'm doing wrong. I've tried everything but can't seem to fix the glitch.
  • Why is it that when i put my photos of (edited) phots on my computer it doesn't show the editing? Okay so I have a Iphone 5c and I like to edited the different affects (Mono, Tonal, Noir, Fade, None Chrome, process, Transfer, Instant) on my photos when you take the picture, so anyway when my photos are edited and transferred onto the computer they go back to the original photo (none affects) that has no editing on it what so ever. So my question is, is there a way to keep the edited photos edited and still be a way to have them on my laptop? Please some help?!
  • Uploading edited photos to MacbookPro from IPhone 4s? I give photos that I take on my IPhone a certain effect and change their color, but whenever I upload the photos onto my laptop, the edits are gone… All that's uploaded is the plain photo without edits. Why?
  • Iphone 4 help, Can't export (share) mp4 videos? I downloaded a few mp4 videos to my iphone, but i can't seem to export(share) them. They don't show up in my "video" folder, but if i search the phone for "videos" a video app shows up with the vidoes in them. I can play them but i can't do anything else.
