I'm going to assume that your phone came with a usb charger that you can plug into your computer. You simply plug it in ipod-computer and then an option should come up to open the photos.
If you are using a windows operating system, and you do not see an option to open the photos when you plug your phone in, do the following.
Open the start menu in the bottom left corner of your screen, Choose my computer. From there it should list "your" ipod on the bottom row. Open it and your photos should be there.
Click on "start"
Click on "computer"
Right click on your iphone
Select "import pictures and videos"
Assuming you're using Windows, go to My Computer and your iPhone should be listed there. Double click until you find the pictures located on your iPhone. Then, you can copy and paste them wherever you want them, then they can be deleted from your iPhone at your computer or on your iPhone. This has worked for me on my iPod Touch 4th generation, so it should work on iPhone.
If you're using a Mac, sorry, but I'm not experienced with Macs. You should be able to find the iPhone as if it were a USB thumb drive, but that's all I can give.
