You click the home button while you also click the lock screen button and it will take a screenshot of your text.

On the very top of iPhone there should be a button you press at top. And the circle button at bottom now press each other at same time.
They do what is called a screenshot and it is achieved by clicking the home button and the lock button at the exact same time. It will take a picture of whatever you're seeing.
