How do we look like to others?

I've been curious about this recently and I decided to do an experiment. First I took a picture of myself from the camera on my iphone, then I reversed it on a photo editing website. I took the two pictures and put them next to each other, to me the pictures look really different, mirrored and not mirrored. Then I decided to show my friend and she was like "they look the same! I don't see a difference!". I got really confused, so is it just in my eyes that I look really different in the two pictures? Which one do I look like more, the one mirrored or not mirrored?

Your friend doesn't really pay attention too much on how you look. The only person that really looks at details of yourself is you because the brain is just made like that. So thats why she sees no difference. Also the brain makes you look different than how you look for some reason. The way you see yourself isn't the way that others do.

  • Two songs will not transfer from my computer onto itunes like all the others did? Okay, so I checked google and it was no help. I recently upgraded from my optimus smartphone, to an Iphone 4. Now I was able to get all my music onto my computer from the old SD card, and then I was able to transfer the songs onto itunes, then onto my phone. Then i found out that two songs, two i love the most mind you, will not transfer, I drag them over like i did with the others but they won't appear in itunes, why?
  • Sprint charges $10 a mo.to have the iphone, what do others charge? Sprint charges 10 dollars extra a month to have a "smart phone" so that includes the new iphone. I'm incredibly annoyed since I'm suppose to be getting "unlimited data" and now since my phone is capable of using it I'm being charged extra. I'm thinking of switching… What fee does att charge for the iphone? How about verizon?
  • Look good in mirror VS look bad in pictures? Why is it that I look perfectly fine in the mirror but when I take a picture with my iPhone i look so bad. I just wanna know which one I look like in person, the mirror or the selfie.
  • Is what we look in the mirror or the camera more how we actually look? Whenever I look in the bathroom mirror, I look good, but whenever I take a picture of myself, my bad skin and oily skin show more and my face shape looks uneven and I look like I have a huge forehead. I just took it with my iPhone with no filter on. Is the camera or the mirror more real?
