How I kick it out of safe mode?

Model: black 3G Wi-Fi iPhone 4 A1332
Jailbroken: Hell yea xD
Problem: my mom have taken this phone from me for 1 week and made a restore to it well I told her it will ruin the phone but no ears were hearing me and now it's stuck in safe mode how can I kick it but out of safe mode

Did you hit f8 again did you restart your computer to get out of f8
if that didn't remove f8 means you have a check on safe mode I had that before
can't remember i'll come back with my other reason in the time restart
hit f10 and unplug your computer cause it is to put restore to factory
new computer now plug it it out put the power back on and hit
configure when was your best time

Try connecting the phone to iTunes and do a system restore, it sounds like the JailBreak has broken your phone, also try backing up your phone so you don't lose you files if this happens again (Apple allow yo to back up to the cloud now for free).
