How many contract iphones we can buy from US at time?

I told my friend to buy 2 contract iphones who is going to US for business meeting. But now he s telling like we can get only 1 contract phone in 2 years, that I already got it ( Samsung s4 ) for my another friend now I can't do anything and my colleague who came with me also got 1 iPhone so no ways. FRIENDS Help ME BY GIVING SOME IDEA.

Well if he isn't a US Resident then you won't be getting a contract price in the US Anyways

  • Can verizon iPhones face time sprint iPhones? I upgraded my iphone 4s so now i can facetime using my 3G and i'm on the verizon network. My cousin has an iphone 4s also and she also upgraded it to where she can use her 3G but she has sprint. We try and facetime each other but when we answer it says connecting. But it never connects. Is there a way this can be fixed?
