How much is it to break an AT&T contract?
Keep in mind, I'm a 13 year old, I don't know very many things about contracts.
I got a Samsung Flight 2 about 11 months ago. I'm signed up for the two year contract, and I want to get a new phone when the first year is up. But how much would I have to pay to break a contract? I plan on getting the Iphone 4s. Or can I upgrade, and then I don't have to pay anything at all?
And for anyone who is thinking I'm ungrateful little brat, I'm going to earn money from my job (I walk my neighbors dog) and save it up, and then get money from my birthday, and use it for that. Any extra expenses that my parents have to pay is how much less I'm getting for Christmas. Therefore, I don't think I'm too rotten.

- Will factory unlocking my iPhone break its contract with my service provider? I bought the iPhone 5 for $199.It's on contract, so it's not only locked to AT&T for two years, but I'm required to pay monthly for the use of this phone for two years. I'm interested in buying the factory unlock on ebay, but I want to know if the contract is going to break with AT&T.
- What happens if I break the contract? I'm looking at iphone deals with pay monthly tariffs (in the UK). Just wondering if I break the contract what is the fee and is it worth doing to get a decent handset?
- What happens if I break my At&t contract? I want to jailbreak my iPhone 4s but I know it will break the contract with them. Will they know that i jailbreak once I jailbreak it? What will happen if The contract is over? Will it just be my contract or will it affect my other family members that has At@t? Even if I unjailbreak it will they know?
- Should I get iPhone 5 or iPhone 4S? No contract or with contract? I don't know what exactly is so much better with the 5 compared to 4S? I'm thinking to get it with no contract because I'll be in Europe over the summer so I'll need another contract over there for a few months so that likely wouldnt work if I got a 2 year contract here in the US is the 5 much more expensive than the 4s? and does the price vary a lot if I buy with/without contract?
