How to activate a new iPhone? - 1
So I recently lost my iPhone 4s and since I have insurance I decided to do a phone claim. I got my new iPhone 5c today.
I want to know how I can activate my 5c and deactivate my 4s?
This is a 2 part activation first you call your carrier and let them know you have the new phone and they can activate the carrier side of the activation. Second you will need to sync With your Itunes on a computer to complete the consumer side activation with apple. Hope this helps.
