How to activate my Virgin Mobile Iphone?

So I just bought a new iPhone 4S off of Virgin Mobile online and I was wondering how do I activate it? Help please

All you have to do is call Virgin's customer service and they will walk you through how to activate your phone. Or go to their website and click on activate. It's in small letters on the top right hand side of the page.

You can also call Virgin Mobile at 1-888-322-1122 and they can help you activate your phone.

Here are some tips from a forum if you are still having problems activating your iPhone:

Here are some of the things you can try. These steps have worked 2 out of 3 times for me.

- If the iPhone is stuck on searching. Make sure you are within Virgin's Mobile coverage

- Then do a "Reset Network Settings" (Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings) and wait for the phone to reboot.

- If you are still stuck on searching. Perform a full master reset of the iphone to go through the automatic activation process again during the initial setup wizard. (Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content and settings)

- After the phone is up and running again.perform a "Data Profile update"

How to Update the Data Profile
Step 1:

From the home screen, tap Phone.
Step 2:

On the keypad, dial ##873283#, then tap Call.
Step 3:

Tap OK.

The handset will search for profile updates and install them.
Step 4:

When finished, tap OK.
Step 5:
The data profile is now updated.

If you are still having issues, perform a "Reset Network Settings" after the full master reset (Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings), then allow the phone to restart and re apply the "Data Profile" update.
Some cases you have to connect phone to a good WiFi network around for completing activation if doesn't receive data connection signal from Virgin Mobile. If store doesn't have WiFi could be problem, depend on customer if wants to finish activation at home with WiFi, It worked couples times for me.

At this point if you still have no success, you can contact Virgin Mobile at 1-888-322-1122 to ensure the account has been setup properly.

If this is a ported number from a different carrier, there could be a up to 72 hr porting provisioning period. Call Virgin Mobile to check the status on the porting process.

Virgin Mobile will also give you a script saying to wait a 2 hour period for the proper provisioning of the line.

You may have to repeat the steps above on the iPhone periodically in order get the phone activated.
