How to add songs to iTunes library?
I preordered a cd on line and part of the preorder bundle was a digital copy of the cd for my phone, they emailed the copy to me so how do I move the songs into iTunes so I can download it onto my iPhone?
Down load the file online, then find the file in "downloads" if on a windows computer, copy it and paste to a destination you want it to be in, maybe "music" then delete the original in "downloads". Next open up itunes, go back to the place where you saved the file and drag the file to itunes music library. It will then be on your library and will sync onto your iphone.
- Songs not showing up in ITunes library? I just got a new laptop, and I just downloaded the new ITunes version. My songs from my old laptop are in my iphone, and when I plug it in my new laptop, the songs only show up in the "On this IPhone" aisle and not in my "Music" library. What do I do?
- Need to add new songs to iphone without deleting old songs So my old computer crashed and with that i lost all my music that was downloaded to itunes, so i only have those songs saved to my iphone now i just spent $25 on my computer downloading music, but when i went to download it onto my phone it said it didn't match up with this computer and that in order to sync new songs it would delete my entire music library on my phone! I really don't want to lose all my music but i also want my new songs on my phone!
- In itunes is there any way to select multiple songs to send to itunes library? I just mixtapes from datpiff and the only way i could put it in my library was to select manage songs manually under my devices. I didn't know that it would delete my songs from my iphone to put that on but it did. I only have songs from itunes, not beemp3 or datpiff.luckily all my songs are saved under the music file and its 319 songs. Is there any way i can select all them to put in my library? I know about the hold shift trick but its not working.
