How to bypass the activation screen on a iPhone 5s?

You can't, there's a reason why its called security.

What activation screen? Is it so ******* hard for you to tell us?
There's iCloud lock and then there's the part where you need a SIM card. If you need a SIM card, you'll need to borrow one from a friend or family member. If it's iCloud lock, then there's no way to bypass that.
