How to change my iPhone 4 font in text, and text bubble colors?

I have seen this done before. Everyone says you have to jail break your phone but I don't know how to do that, does that mess up your phone? Because I don't want to screw mine up because I just got it.

Jailbreaking allows you to install apps from third-party sources that can run outside of Apple's API sandbox. Doing so will rarely ever mess up your phone, but it will void your warranty.

Apple made your phone how it is meant to be. Free apps or not, it's not worth it. Besides, if you just got it, it it after ios 5.0 therefore you can't jailbreak it.

There's an app that allows you to do that i think it's called colored bubble but I'm not sure the only bad part is if you use the app it sends it as a picture
