How to change the look of app icons on iphone 4?

Like the twitter icon has like a galaxy background, and the facebook or instagram icons have cheetah print. So I guess what I was wondering was how do you do that or get that? Is it a specific app or program needed? My phones already jailbroken. Would that pose a problem?
It may require a jailbreak to change the icon layout. If your device is already jailbroken, try different sources such as modmyi and search on the Cydia app for "App" and see what comes up.
It has been a while since my last jailbreak. Last time I jailbroke was with the iPod 2nd gen in 2009 with redsn0w.
