How to completely overcome Fear/Anxiety?

IIm 17 years old and IIm very thin boy. I have anxiety disorder and It really scares me when I go to sleep. IIm even scared of going to my bedroom at night. I don't turn off the lights I just lay down and start using my iPhone. It's looks weird but I can't stop using my iPhone when IIm alone in my bedroom cuz when IIm not using it my mind starts thinking like IIm just going to die. I feel pain in my muscles near my heart and back which fells IIm just getting heart attack and I think that s because IIm slim and weak. I have googled this and I find answers that it can cause heart attack. I have also searched for the anxiety problems but everywhere I get the answer that It's just your fellings take enough rest. But I CAN't! IIm so scared of sleeping and sometimes I feel ureal like IIm dead. IIm not scared of ghosts IIm scared of God. I wish I was scared of ghosts. Every night it feels like I ll die today. And sometimes when I go to bed at night I sleep till the morning and many times It happened that I didn't sleep the whole night and then stayed awake the whole day and then at next night I sleep properly. By staying awake for a whole day makes my sleeping schedule set but after few weeks again that problems start. I need a proper answer to completely get rid of this problem.

Cognitive behavioral therapy is short term (8 sessions) that has been proven to work well on anxiety and depression. Try it.

You should try talking to a psychologist or guidance counselor to talk about and find the underlying reasons behind your anxiety. The pain in your chest is most likely stress related and not having enough sleep can't be helping

  • What do I do SEVERE anxiety? What steps should I take? My name's Brooke and I have VERY frequent panic attacks. When I say frequent I mean multiple small ones a day and 3 or 4 big ones a week. It's getting in the way of my work and drains me. I'm constantly tired yet when it comes time for bed I can't fall asleep. I will throw in a odd thing I freak out over to lighten the question… I bob and weave while outside because I feel like a gun is pointed at my head. No joke it's funny after, but during it SUCKS.
  • Should i let my iPhone die completely before I charge it? Okay so I just got an iPhone 4 and I let it go dead before I charged it. Then let it charge completely before using it. Do I have to do that every time or can I plug it in whenever I want and charge it.
  • My IPhone works completely fine sometimes but a lot of times I can't use it and it's completely unresponsive to my touch? I scheduled an appointment to fix my very cracked screen and I was just wondering if this will fix my problem for sure or is there something else that may be causeing the screen to be unresponsive?
  • I have anxiety about water under my phone case? I have an iPhone 8 Plus. I have had anxiety for awhile now that there's water under my phone case and that if I don't take it off and check it that my phone could get ruined from water. However, if I take my phone case off, I then get the anxiety that the oils and/or sweat from my hands will get on my phone and get trapped under the case which will also ruin my phone. Anyone got any ideas?
