I downloaded one song from YouTube to mp3 converter And it's now In my 'downloads' folder, my phone is plugged into my laptop at the moment what do I do now?

You need to download itunes just google itunes.download it and run it than youre all set. Then after than just drag the mp3 file to your device
You need to convert the mp3 into a iTunes file, there's programmes out there to convert. Or GT the song from YouTube again and copy the URL and type into Google, vid to iTunes converter and change it from there
Then transfer it from laptop to iPhone, usually the music folder
