I would like to decorate my iPhone cases how do you do this on a low budget and also without
going online to purchase any items PS I live in uk

Paint it or stain it. Woodstain can be used on surfaces other than wood. I found than out, plaster, styrofoam and metal. The list is endless and woodstain is very cheap. Acrylic (craft) paint can be bought for less. You can paint a little mural, apply little stickers or even a little troll guardian!
Go on find a cheap case you like got mine their for 3.99 on sale at at nt its silver mirror then if you want to add you can use a hot glue gun or get a decal on ebay or a decal and spray pain go under pin interest.com diy i phone case
If you like studs you just super glue them on and you could get studs from hot topic for like 5 bucks
