Press the icon and kepp your finger on it until you see a x mark then press the x mark to delete it

Hold any of the apps down with your fingers
the apps will start to wobble a little, it means that the apps are ready to be organized/managed
find the facebook app and touch the "x" on the upper right hand corner of the icon
