How to delete iPhone Info/Data if it doesn't turn on. (Water Damage)?
I want to sell it but all my info is on there without a password

If its damaged then no one will buy it anyways, just recycle it through Apple here and they will take care of it, and they may still give you some store credit even if its damaged http://www.apple.com/...recycling/

  • Which is more accurate regarding the details of an iphone, iphoneimei.info or imei.info? When I look up the IMEI of my broken iphone 5s on iphoneimei.info it says it's 16gb and when I look it up on imei.info it says it's 32gb… Which site is more accurate? The iphone is stuck in recovery mode and will not power on unless connected and it won't tell me the storage capacity in itunes.
  • My iphone got water damage and won't turn on? I dropped my iphone 4s in the toilet earlier and it was probably in the water for 3 seconds at the most. I took my case off and dried it the best i could and shook it to get some of the water out. It was in rice for about 8 hours and I charged it for a little, and the screen won't even turn on, but the flashlight won't turn off.

I'm immersing it in rice right now, but in case that doesn't work can I take it to the Genius bar? The two external water damage indicators are not red and my phone looks normal.
