How to download facebook on my iphone 3g?
How am I supposed to download facebook on my iphone 3g? Because when i go to download it it says 'this app requires iOS 4.3' and I'm thinking there must be a way to download an older version of facebook?
There's no way to download old versions of applications from the App store.
Use the web application instead.
No you must have the iOS because everything to do with apple has been updated just download the new version of iTunes on to your computer then plug you iPhone in while iTunes is open and it should give you the option to update your iPhone.
It sounds like your using an outdated version of operating system (iOS)
Instead of having to use the web application all the time what you can do is plug your iphone into your computer using the itunes usb cable.
When itunes loads up it should tell you there's an update for your software which is available (this is ios 6 now i believe) download and install the update through itunes, which will guide you step by step on how to do this.
Once you have installed the latest ios then you can go and download the facebook app as normal.
I would highly recommend you update your software as alot of the newer apps won't work on the older versions of software.

You Can't Download it Because you Don't have ios 4.3 you have to Upgrade your Ios 4.3 if you Don't Want to Upgrade to Download the app you Can use the Mobile Website m.facebook.com its pretty much the same thing as the app only in a web Browser
