You can't download youtube video's directly to iPhone. Firstly you have to use your pc to do this. Go to youtube on your pc and search for the video you want to download then copy the url of that video. There are online converters on the internet, you can search for youtube to mp4 on google. Go to any of the websites and paste the url link and you will be able to download it. Save the video in your desktop. Open an application called "Itools" (download it if you don't have it). Connect your iPhone to your computer and move the video to your device also you must have iTunes installed.
