How to edit Pixels and DPI of an iPhone photo?

I need to send out five photos I have on my iPhone 6 and I'm the receipts are very specific to only use 72 dpi resolution and to keep images under 500 pixels in height yet I have no clue how to manage this. It also asks to keep the total file under 499 mb. How do I see if my photos follow these requirement and if they aren't how can I edit them?

Attempting to meet specific requirements for photo image files is NOT something that lends itself to using a mobile

All you can really do is copy or send your image files to your email and once you have them on your computer, resize as necessary using Photoshop CC. There are apps; here's one: https://itunes.apple.com/...47517?mt=8" class='ext_link'>https://itunes.apple.com/...47517?mt=8. You can also re-size photos when emailing them; the "medium" size option is 640x480, which should work. DPI is a printing specification, and merely indicates that the person who wrote the requirements doesn't understand them either. Download Irfanview. It's free. You can see and control DPI and height in pixels (px) under Image-Resize/Resample. You should also see the file size in the status line at the bottom of the window. You could use GIMP - it's free http://www.gimp.org/...w.gimp.org" class='ext_link'>http://www.gimp.org/...w.gimp.org

Click Image > Scale Image > set the height to 500. Click Scale.
Click Image > Print Size > set the PPI to 72

  • My iphone 5 has lots of dead pixels, what to do? I have always looked after my iphone 5 So am sure no damage has come to it, however these pesky dead pixels keep appearing and won't go away, now there must be hundreds of them, they are barely noticeable and tiny but annoying when on a white or black screen. Heres the thing, I have not got a receipt or any proof of when I purchased it and I don't really take any insurance etc. What can i expect if I take it to apple shop? Is there any way I can fix it? Any help appreciated.
