Settings - General - Cellular - Enable LTE
If this doesn't work, you are probably in an area that doesn't have LTE coverage.
Make sure that your LTE is enabled by going to Settings>General>Cellular. If it continues to say 3G. You are not in a LTE area.
Simple.
1. Make sure you're in an area with good 4G LTE coverage.
2. Pay extra to upgrade your contract to include 4G LTE services. The network operator will then send the correct settings to your phone to activate the facility. Even then, you won't get 4G services all the time as the network infrastructure for it is still in its infancy.
Note that to keep the costs down, the networks price 4G contracts in such a way that you can end up paying more for fewer inclusive minutes, SMS & MMS, and less data than you have on your cheaper 3G plan.
