How to find the calculator on iPhone 4s?

I have been to safari and found calculator but no amount of tapping etc brings it large enough to use. In fact nothing happens, i would also like it on my opening screen so if any one could help please

There's an inbuilt app called calculator on the iphone which can't be deleted, so you shouldn't need to download one. If for some reason yours has disappeared try searching the app store for one. It should be free of charge.
