You don't if you mean through a carrier. Now if you are talking Wi-Fi, there are any number if apps that will allow you to make phone calls all day and night, as long as you have a constant internet connection via Wi-Fi for the free voice mins and data.

I'm looking for a FREE and UNLIMITED way to transfer over 1, 000 songs and 400 pictures. The pictures are not as important as the music. I have tried; Sharepod, iExplorer and imobie/phonetrans. All of these have a limit and are running on a trial or demo basis. I'm very eager to get my music back on my laptop and not loose any of it. If you could help it would be amazing!
