How to get Iphone 4s connected to straight talk?
I bought a used Iphone 4s that is supposed to be unlocked but when I put my straight talk sim card in it (from my current straight talk phone), it says "no sim". I've left it in for over an hour, powered the Iphone off/on but it still doesn't recognize my sim card. Does this mean that the phone is locked? How would I go about transferring my current straight talk service to the Iphone?
It has to be an AT&T iPhone that was unlocked, or one that was originally unlocked when new.
But it won't work if it's a Verizon or Sprint iPhone 4S: even though those have SIM cards, if you unlock them, all you're doing is unlocking for international use so that the phone will work with non-USA SIMs when it's outside the USA. But inside the USA it won't use the SIM at all and will still use CDMA instead.
- Where can i get the iphone 4 for straight talk? I heard they were at walmart for like a hundred dollars but i'm not sure. Does anyone know about them?
- Should I get Samsung Galaxy SII or iphone 4 through straight talk? Samsung Galaxy has more memory, bigger screen and is $100 cheaper. I've heard mixed reviews through youtube and yahoo answers. Some say samsung, some say iphone, Which do you think will last the longest and is just a better all around phone?
- My iphone says i'm connected to Wi-Fi but when i try to run something it says i'm not connected? My phone shows signal, it has a check mark by the device but when i try to open an app it says can't find a connection.
- Iphone 4 straight talk can't get picture messages or send? Only had straight talk for a little over 24 hours can't get or receive picture messages talked to straight talk and they said i had to research it because it wasn't their problem.could somebody please help. And my iphone is not jailbroke. Can get on the internet without Wi-Fi. They told me they wasn't updated enough to fixed it. I was on my own. And the only way i can fix it is by jail breaking my phone and i don't know how to do that.
