How to get iphone 5s out of recovery mode?
So my partners iphone 5s is stuck in recovery mode. After continually trying to fix the problem the same error message appears, 'The iphone 'iphone' could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (3).
This has been the result from not receiving a signal for over 12hours and apple has instructed me to reset the phone. So I have created a even bigger problem. Any tips on how overcome this would be greatly appreciated.
Plug into computer while iTunes is running, then hold home and lock button until it restarts. That's the hardest reset you can do. You will lose everything on the phone though I believe
