How to get more data on my iPhone?

I have an iPhone 4 and don't have a lot of data left. What I don't get is my phone has 8GB and 5.8GB where used but I only have 726.76MB. I don't have any music and not a lot of apps but I have 1, 800 pics do pictures take up a lot of data can you guys please help

You'll have to delete some things, get rid of photos you don't need or upload them to websites that also have apps like instagram where you can store your pics. Also, even though phones are sold with a label stating it's memory, you often lose a bit over a full GB automatically because of the apps and data that is PRELOADED onto your phone.So, you're kinda of lied to about the actual memory of your phone: P

  • Will buying more iCloud space let me download more apps, songs, and photos? So i have deleted apps that i don't really need and deleted songs i don't listen to but still there's not enough space to even take a photo, A pop up comes up that says to manage my icloud storage. Would purchasing more icloud storage allow me to download more apps and have more songs and pictures on my iPhone 4 from sprint? It is an 8gb i think.

Like playing games, emails, tweets, ect? Also when the bill comes in will it show, say i downloaded the twitter app, will it show that i spend time on it?   • More you use an app the more space it takes up on iPhones and iPads? I have an iPad and new iPhone 5 that I just got. I have rhapsody on both the same app and amount of music basically (iPad as seven more songs on app) but on the iPad the rhapsody app takes up 2.8 GB and the iPhone takes up 1.8GB. Why is that? The more use the app the more space it takes up even if you're not adding new content?
  • Should I get Iphone 3gs or save up more to get iphone 4? 3gs is pretty cheap nowdays and it looks nice actually. I want to use it for whatsapp, kik, instagram, fb. But I'm not sure is this model completely outdated and i should go for 4?
