Added (1). I have insurance on my Verizon phone that I pay monthly, But I need my phone and can't send it in. Is there any way I could go to the store and they give me a new phone? Or what should I do?
Cell phone insurance is not typically handled through the carrier. In order to use your insurance, you should call the company that handles the insurance (probably Asurion) and find out what your options are. They may offer an option for you to take your phone to an authorized repair center, you pay for the repair, and they reimburse you. To be sure though, you need to call them.
- Should I just get my cracked iPhone fixed or get a refurbished one? I have an iPhone 4 and I cracked the front pretty badly. The back only had on crack across it but the front is bothering me.
