Through mail or bluetooth.
You can also transfer it first onto a pc or laptop using a wire and then onto the new iphone.
If the pics are in your SD card then you have to nothing just put the SD card into your new Phone
But
If you have pics saved in your phone then just connect your phone to a computer or laptop transfer it to the system Then from system transfer it to your new phone.
As simple as that!

You can just use windows explorer to cut/paste all at once to computer, then copy back to new iphone
