How to get out of a Verizon contract early?

I really want an iphone but i'm not elligible for an uprgrade until march. What are my options to get an iphone now?

You can buy a new one from Verizon or a retailer and pay full retail price, end your contract and start a new one to get the subsidized price (but also pay an early termination fee), or buy a used one from someone else.

  • Upgrading iPhone contract early? I've had my iPhone 7 for almost 2 years now and my contract end in early September. However, when I go on my EE it says my standard upgrade is early August. I'm going on holiday on the 20th of July and I was thinking about getting a new phone for then. How do I end my contract early and get my phone in time for the holiday. My friend was telling me something about having to call the company a lot earlier to get the new phone and I'm just not sure.
  • Is there a way to get sprint to let you upgrade early from a 2 year contract? I have 2 iPhone SE's I got with sprint for free with a 2 year contract. It will be exactly a year i've had the contract in june this year and my contract does not end until june 2018. I've been having problems with the phone getting over heated and shutting off. I want to uprgrade to a iPhone 7 with financing. Everytime I call they tell me with a attitude to either wait another year or pay a $350 termination fee for each device.
  • Is there a minimum time in order to early terminate a verizon contract? I want to get an iphone 5s from Verizon and I heard they sell them unlocked with 2 year agreement. They have a 350 early termination fee so it's 125+350=475.So in the end, it will be cheaper than the unlocked cost. So I was wondering if this would work and would there be a minimum service time verizon requires?
  • How to get out of my Verizon contract early? I have the iPhone 4S and I'm so tired of the little thing! It's not broken and nothing's wrong with it, I just want the newer iPhone. I got it on October 20, 2011 so I still have 3 months with it. I don't want to get out of my contract right now, but when the next iPhone comes out in September, I'll still be stuck in my contract with my iPhone 4S for another month. Is there anyway I can get out of my contract early?
