How to get pics off my iPhone 5s?
To free up some data I need to get 488 pics and 15 videos off my iPhone I have spent months and watched videos and read articles on websites to no avail.
All I'm able to do is sync the photos to itunes. I can't even delete the pics off the iPhone manually cause once the pics are selected the trash can icon does not light up.
How to get all the pic and videos off my iPhone?
Most PCs will recognize it as a camera once you plug it it and a window will pop up giving you the option to import the pictures. Forget using iTunes. Its so much more complicated for something like this.
Connect the iPhone to a computer.
Do not open the iTunes (close it if it does open up).
Create a folder and name it " iPhone_Data " on the Desktop.
Go to 'My Computer'.
There on the left, you will see, under 'Computer', the iPhone device.
Explore that.
You will see multiple folders and stuff.
Keep looking into the folders, till you see the Pics / Videos and all that jazz.
Simply, drag the ' Pics / Videos' you want from there and drop it into the to " iPhone_Data" folder.
After doing this, you can safely delete them from the iPhone (they are now, saved on your desktop folder.).
If you connect to iTunes you should be able to delete all photos and videos when it is connected to the computer
- Will I be able to get my pics back if I restore my iPhone? I have about 3, 000 pics on my iPhone. It's restoring right now and I think I left it on backup on iCloud but I'm not sure. I have iCloud. Will I be able to get them all back?
