How to get pictures from my broken iphone?

I had an old Iphone that fell in the water and doesn't turn on. I got a new iphone now but I want the photos from my old one. Is it possible to get those images somehow?
Also, I still have my old phone.

Take out the SIM card. It should have all of your photos.

You have to get the phone to turn on to get the data out. Hopefully it's just a shorted battery. You can replace the battery yourself. They will show details about about part replacent etc. In detail. There are other websites that sell all the replacement parts, one of the bigger ones is http://portatronics.com (646) 797 2838. Then for the repair itself you can venture to do it yourself, or better ask a friend who has done a similar repair before.

The back camera on my iPhone 4s broke (just stopped working), so I called Apple and I have an appointment set up to replace the old phone with a brand new one. But, I want to know if when they give me the new phone, will they let me keep the old one? The phone still works fine except for the camera. In fact, it's almost perfect. And obviously I want to sell the old one on ebay to make a boat load.
