First, unlock the iPhone before beginning, or else the photos may not be visible. Using iPhone as dibgital camera in windows explorer is one of the method you can try. First, if your phone is already plugged into the PC, open "my computer". Then, find the iPhone, it will appear as any other camera would. Open your iPhone to find your photos. Then select the pictures you want to copy to your computer and copy/paste them into the desired location on your pc.

  • Should I get rid of my iPhone and get a basic phone? I've had an iPhone for 2 years, and my contract runs out 9/2/12, should I get a 4s or a Pantech Jest 2? I want to save my dad money, and all I really use my iPhone for is music and Facebook. My friends say I should stick with my iPhone, but I don't know… Share your input, thanks
  • If I delete Photos on my Mac in the Photos app, will it get deleted from my other devices? I have photos in my Photos app on my Macbook that are from my iPhone. If I delete them on my macbook, will it get deleted on my phone too?
  • How to get rid of unnecessary photos on my iphone? I ran out of space on my iphone, so I decided to back the photos up on a flash drive with a computer. When I opened the files, there were 4 folders with really wacky names and they contained photos that I've previously deleted, and the same photo is stored in multiple locations! I find it obvious that this is taking up space on my phone and that annoys me. Does anyone know how to delete them? I can't find them on my phone and I can't delete them with windows file explorer
  • How to get rid of photos from computer on an iPhone? A while back I must have charged my phone on my computer and accidently (or automatically?) transferred all the pictures already on my computer into my 5c. It won't let me delete these pictures on the iPhone. How do I get rid of them? They're annoying, there's at least 1,500+ and I'm sure they take up a chunk of storage. I don't want them gone on the computer, just my iPhone.
