How to get rid of the moisture inside my iPhone 4 Case?

I recently got the Ballistic Hard Core Series Case, and the screen protector has this wet moisture inside. Its really annoying, does anybody know how to get rid of it?

White Rice is the option. Put the phone overnight in white rice.

Soak it in dry white rice over night.

To clean your cell phone case, remove your phone from the case. Use a soft, slightly damp, lint-free cloth to wipe the outside and the inside of the cell phone case. Don't use window cleaners, household cleaners, aerosol sprays, solvents, ammonia, abrasives, or cleaners containing hydrogen peroxide to clean the cell phone case. You can use diluted rubbing alcohol and cotton swabs to clean the inside and outside and then let the case air dry before putting it back on the phone.
